Seeking Limoges Elite Hand Painted Fruit Plate

Replacing one plate from set of four...hand painted fruit motif - signed by S.E.Price. Thick (approx. 1 inch) gold border, cream background and delicately painted fruits, have strawberries, blueberries and blackberries. Maker marks on back are: Elite (underlined) with an "L" beneath and the word "France" beneath that. Have never come across any like these - do you know the pattern number and where I might get a replacement for the fourth plate?
